Return and replacement policy

At Pawfect Gear, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase or receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the refund request at support@pawfectgear.com.
  2. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (TAT depends on a case-by-case basis).

Important Note:

This refund policy applies only to products where a specific refund/replacement policy is not mentioned on the product page. Some products may have their own return policies mentioned on product page.

Exceptions:

  • Items must be in unused condition and reported within the 7-day window.
  • Refunds are not applicable for incorrect addresses or customer ordering errors.
